Meet The Massage Therapist

Mary was the co-owner of a Physical and Massage Therapy business from 2005 to 2020. In college, her degree was in Exercise and Sports Science, and she has a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Mary specializes in deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage as well as sports, Swedish and pregnancy massage. She is looking forward to working with Peak Potential Chiropractic and Physical Therapy and feels that the value of massage coupled with chiropractic adjustments can be life changing. Mary is very excited to be on your wellness team.

Cindy is a licensed massage therapist and decorated Veteran with 18 years of at-sea and shoreside service. After years in high-tempo operational environments, she now focuses her work on supporting others’ physical and mental well-being through clinically supported massage therapy.

She attended Anne Arundel Community College for massage therapy, earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and completed advanced training in strategic and crisis communication at the U.S. Army’s Defense Information School in Fort Meade, Maryland. Cindy lives in Annapolis with her husband, sons, dogs, and guinea pigs.
